FABRIC CONSUMPTION
Check out the lay plan to get a rough Idea of how to cut the fabric and how much you need. jersey comes in wider qualities and sometimes ring spun. The French Terry here in BKK is around 2m wide ( 86″) and I need around 1,6m or 1,8y for a crew or cowl neck version in any size. For the hood & kangaroo pocket Version you will need more ( +0,5m or 0,6y)

MATERIAL COICES
which fabric do you want to use?
French Terry and any type of jersey with a similar ( low) stretch works great. scuba & airnets work a treat and so do thinner jerseys – single, rip, etc. the pattern can be use.with any kind of knit as it is large and oversized.
